Youth Leadership & Entrepreneurship Workshop conducted on 24th February 2018
If you want to change the world, change yourself. Personality development of a child is essential for the survival in this competitive world.
On Saturday 24th February, 2018, Elite Club Jeddah came up with an other brilliantly designed program “YouthMax Program.” As you know bullying is a serious problem affecting youth to communicate and makes trouble to face the world with positive attitude so the program was comprised on four Module i.e ” stop bullying, learning to fail forward to success, developing a positive self image and developing a strong personal character.”
The workshop was taken by Muhammad Hussain, an independent certified coach, teacher, trainer and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. He started the class with creative introductory session. Children were told how important their dreams and desires are and how to increase their self esteem. They were encouraged to come up with their ideas and were guided to be optimistic and have a positive approach in every stage of life.
Kids were shown different clips of John Maxwell’s lecture which carried the message that we should never give up and always have a confidence and a strong will.
Activities were designed appropriately that every child was so enthusiastic to participate. During this training, participants experienced different strategies and became familiar with the idea about avoid bullying, bring positivity and building up strong character in order to face challenges of life.
The programme engaged all the participants tremendously with its colourful activities, kids not only enjoyed learning in great environment but also served with delicious McDonald’s food.
